The maintenance department of Craigalan Controls offers specialist BEMS & HVAC controls maintenance, supporting mainstream DDC & BEMS systems across the country nationally. Planned protective maintenance combined with a prompt 24/7 solutions provides peace of mind.

The Energy commitment of Craigalan Controls provides consultation, management and technical solutions required for an individual buildings needs. Design

Our Design Team prepare drawings using Auto CAD, which can be made available for future reference or amendment.

Commissioning

Processes relating to items such as software design, configuration and testing are undertaken at our offices whilst system commissioning takes place on site.

Operation Manuals

Operation and maintenance manuals are produced initially in a draft format at the outset of a contract. They are then updated on a continual basis throughout the contract following the completion of each element of the works and are finalised following system commissioning and hand over.

Service/Maintenance

We offer Planned Maintenance, Service Support and a 24-hour Emergency Call out System with a guaranteed maximum response time, customised to suit the client's requirements. Our computerised customer support system, which contains comprehensive details of customer systems and plant, enable us to provide essential fast and effective response to our clients when needed.

Panel Manufacturing

We manufacture with our partner HVAC range to ISO 9001 at our manufacturing facility in Glasgow. These encompass Form 2, 3 and 4 to all IP ratings. We can also manufacture be-spoke panels and various enclosures to fit most customers' requirements.

Installation

Electrical installations are currently undertaken by CCL Electrical Controls Division:

• Are affiliated to the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting

• Have experience of our type of work

• Comply with our Quality Assurance and Health & Safety standards.

Customer Support

We offer superior customer support in the form of a 12-month warranty on hardware and software, backed by quality assurance systems approved by our principle suppliers. We offer our clients the facility to remotely monitor on their behalf their Building and Energy Management Systems (BEMS) via our office modem in order to provide valuable and accurate reports on their building and systems performance.
